TD Bank Case Study - Credit Card Content Audit (Downloadable here)

This is a case study of a content audit I was asked to perform while working on the Blueprintin project at TD Bank. The content library and it’s templates were being moved to a new Confluence page.

I was asked to help organize the new page with a UX design colleague. This is what we accomplished:

• We organized the Master Content Documents (MCDs) via a tag system so that in-progress docs would be easily found

• Copies of artifacts were also kept in matching SharePoint folders for non-Confluence access

• All artifacts were linked, categorized, and uploaded to their respective Jira stories

• MCDs that needed correction and their associated pages were tagged, so that new stories and sprints could be devised to update that content

This project was a great education in both Agile processes and content organization
