About me!
I’m the very definition of a non-traditional designer. I started in the financial space, working at JPMorgan Chase bank for 12 years. There, I excelled in customer service and the complex workings of the financial industry while at JPM. After that, I landed a few internships and got a role at a major Long Island ad agency. Since then, I’ve moved between small shops and large companies, client side to agency, working to bring innovative approaches to copy to the customer journey.
I’m all about that journey, which is why I’ve pivoted to UX and content design. I find great satisfaction in creating frictionless signature experiences, expressing the brand voice, and enabling the customer to get what they want done, done.
